This summer, The Ritz-Carlton, Macau is combining service and culinary craftsmanship to offer guests “elevated and intriguing experiences.” From the latest wine consumption technique using the Coravin equipment, (as featured in the July/August issue of Asian Hotel & Catering Times Product News pages) to cocktail creations uniquely served with chilled ingredients and summer BBQ brunch perfect for summer, guests can now have a new way to discover some old favourite food and drink options.

To promote a healthy balanced diet during this time of feasting, Lai Heen is offering a ‘Delightful Lunch’ menu made from particularly beneficial seafood ingredients. Highlights include the Pan-fried Hokkaido Scallop with Black truffle and Japanese Sweet Potato, as scallops are a good source of vitamin B12 which is good for cardiovascular health.

Treat lovers can indulge in ‘Summer Fiesta’ that has been reinvented by infusing well-loved cocktails with tropical fruit and ice cream flavours. The Caribbean Colada takes guests to a tropical beach, with hints of rum, caramelised pineapple, five-spice mix and coconut ice cream.

Starting from July 24, 2016, guests looking for a relaxing yet sumptuous Sunday brunch will  find the all-new grill section at The Ritz-Carlton Café at the ongoing summer BBQ brunch buffet.
