The Excelsior’s Cantonese restaurant Yee Tung Heen has won three categories at Hong Kong Tourism Board Best of the Best Culinary Awards 2016. Chef Yiu Bik Sun’s steamed and sautéed egg with crab meat, sea urchin and mini gold fish dumplings transforms a plate into a colourful canvas representative of Guilin. The braised pork with abalone, dried octopus and braised pear was also a winner
