“Luxe up” the weekend with “the all-new sociable brunch experience this season” at aqua and Armani/Aqua.

Launching this November, both restaurants will combine “an effortlessly cool atmosphere with a new style of brunching, alongside a selection of free-flow which includes Veuve Clicquot, sake and cocktails.”

Start brunch with a Colossal Share Cocktail served to the table in golden goblets, filled with aqua’s signature fruity mixes; Aqua King, Aqua Queen and the Daddy Mac.

Unlimited starter platters include a medley of Italian appetisers such as parma ham, Mazzancolle Sicilian red prawns, and spicy salami, with the option of artisan Italian Burrata. The “insta-worthy sushi and sashimi share platters are created by the aqua’s Japanese Master Chefs to include the freshest fish sliced to perfection.”

Brunch-goers can upgrade their starter selection to include the signature long plate – Tataki Sushi – specially created by aqua Chefs featuring top grade wagyu, foie gras, and other delicacies, wrapped in thinly sliced crunchy cucumber.

Following the unlimited starters, Brunch-goers move on to their primi course featuring handmade Italian pasta.

Brunch-lovers can now experience the best of Italian and Japanese – enjoying four main courses on one platter.

Both Aqua and Armani/Aqua, serve the signature Dessert Platter featuring Japanese and Italian sweets, Homemade Tiramisu, Yuzu Panna Cotta ‘Sakura Forest’ and Molten Lava Chocolate Cake.

The social experience extends to the kids, available for HK$198 for ages 5-12, and kids under five eat for free. Armani/Aqua hosts a kid’s play room and special menu offering mini sushi and playful pizzas and pastas.
