White truffles are back at Anantara Siam Bangkok’s award-winning Biscotti restaurant. A special degustation and a la carte menu will feature a variety of dishes with the unique truffle. Growing exclusively in Alba, Northern Italy the white truffle grows underground and is only available for three months of the year. Renowned for its particular flavour, it is often referred to as white gold. This exclusive promotion will introduce Bangkok diners to the exquisite taste through a series of dishes prepared by Italian chef Daniele Bettini.
The menus will feature dishes such as Tartar di Manzo, a beef tartar with quail eggs and Alba truffle along with seafood, pasta and meat dishes that showcase this superb treat. A selection of fine wines will be offered to complement each dish.
