In celebration of the fast-approaching festive season, China Tang Landmark is offering special happy hours until 30th December.

The stylish bar and lounge area will offer two new packages that pair premium champagne with authentic Chinese cuisine.

The ‘Duck & Dom’ happy hour is available Tuesday to Friday from 5:30pm – 8:30pm and includes a glass of Dom Perignon 2006 served with two Peking duck wraps. The Peking duck is prepared traditionally and then expertly sliced at the carving station before it is wrapped in a hot pancake, together with cucumber and scallion.

Additionally, China Tang Landmark offers a unique spin on the weekend happy hour which includes a glass of Ruinart Blanc de Blanc Champagne paired with six premium dim sum dishes, available every Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday from 2:00pm – 4:30pm. Highlights from the Dim Sum offering include the unique Steamed Shrimp Dumpling with Bamboo Shoot, Baked Puff Pastry filled with Yunnan Ham and Scallion and Deep- fried Pork Dumpling filled with Black Mushroom – pairing perfectly with the Ruinart Blanc de Blanc Champagne, an elegant accompaniment for the flavourful bite-sized dim sum.

Other than the Happy Hour packages, a wide selection of whiskies, spirits, vintage cognacs and cocktails are available at the bar; from classic Negronis to China Tang’s very own Tangrias. Guests can also choose from a collection of Chinese tapas, also available to order at the bar, featuring Pork Belly with Mashed Garlic and Chilli Oil, Roasted Sliced Potato with Sesame and the Deep-fried Whitebait with Garlic Butter.

Designed by Sir David Tang, China Tang Landmark offers authentic Chinese cuisine “elevated by the finest ingredients and contemporary flair, all within a chic yet comfortable setting”.
