Hong Kong’s casual French bistro, Cocotte, known for its chic French-styled ambience and cuisine, is celebrating some of the upcoming “key happenings”.

In honour of Chinese New Year, Cocotte will serve their Guinea Fowl Coq au Vin style . Specially prepared with the Year of the Rooster in mind, the Coq au Vin is cooked with the freshest premium ingredients. 

Cocotte will also be serving Gallette Des Rois from as a part of their French tradition. The homemade King’s Pie will be offered to guests in individual servings to allow diners a chance to choose one for themselves and search for the famous trinket hidden within their pie. Diners with a trinket in their pie will receive a complementary glass of cider and a crown so you can claim the title of King or Queen of the table!   

Valentine’s at Cocotte 

For a night of romance, the team at Cocotte has specially crafted a six-course Valentine’s Day menu. The meal begins with a Wild Mushroom Flan and Brioche before progressing to the 24-months Ham Julienne with Truffle Consommé and Poached Gnocchi. Feast on Cocotte’s King Salmon Carpaccio with Kaffir Lime & Jasmine Tea and Olive Oil Caviar over conversation and continue on to the restaurant’s special Pan Roasted Duck Breast with Foie Gras, Carmelised Pear and Rosemary Jus. Savor the Seared Sea Bass, complimented with Artichokes, Thai Asparagus and Crispy Carrots before concluding the meal with the Blanc-Manger Exotique for dessert.
