In the heart of the city, CÉ LA VI, Hong Kong’s acclaimed Modern Asian Cuisine Restaurant, headed by its passionate Executive Chef Kun Young Pak is offering an Aphrodisiac Valentine’s Day Menu followed by cocktails on the stunning open-air Sky Deck Bar with 360-degree views of Hong Kong’s iconic skyline.

The CÉ LA VI Aphrodisiac Valentine’s Day Menu combines its signature Modern Asian cuisine with fresh ingredients that hold aphrodisiac qualities to excite the senses. Available from 10th to 14th February at HK$1288 for two, as well as $1,788 for three and $2,288 for four to celebrate together. An additional wine pairing option is available at HK$488 per person which includes NV Veuve Clicquot Rosé.

Menu highlights include the Uni Nigiri, followed by Kumamoto Oysters, served with grated daikon and a Japanese Chilli Paste. Adding a refreshing angle to the meal is the Amelia Tomato Salad complemented by a coriander vinaigrette. Next is Japanese Red Snapper is fresh from Japan’s iconic Tsukiji fish market served atop a bed of cauliflower purée. The main course is Chicken Breast, in honour of the Year of the Rooster, stuffed with a creamy garlic mascarpone cheese and served with baby spinach and a seasonal orange butter sauce.

The perfect ending comes in the form of a Cherry Flavoured Baba – a French style dessert, bathed in cherry syrup and served with red wine gelée, white chocolate mint ganache and crunchy pistachio dacquoise, dressed with edible rose petals (reservation-hk@celavi.com)
