Frozen desserts are a boon for a busy kitchen. Ask any Chef. Thomas Ridley Foodservice has unveiled new additions to their dessert range, created by Vanier Desserts.
The range includes a selection of beautiful cakes and desserts all made in the UK. Of the six desserts available, four are gluten free: chocolate Coronet Pavlova, Iced Lemon Meringue, Mango and Passionfruit Cheesecake and Raspberry Pavlova.
