The multi-property upgrade encompasses Clarion Hotel Stockholm, Quality Hotel Globe, Clarion Hotel Amaranten, Hobo, Clarion Sign and Quality Hotel Friends. “With the enhancement to ASSA ABLOY Hospitality Mobile Access at six of our hotels, we can now offer guests a more convenient experience with the use of innovative technologies that not only improve guest satisfaction but also increase overall property security,” says Lisa Farrar, chief digital officer of Nordic Choice Hotels.
“This installation marks an incredible feat in the world of hospitality security technology, and we are excited to see all the additional benefits that will be achieved.” The installation of ASSA ABLOY Hospitality’s mobile key solution allows Nordic Choice staff to focus their time on the guests and their specific needs by being increasingly available for more urgent matters and to provide a more personalized guest experience. A key benefit to guests is the ability to bypass the front desk by checking in with the Nordic Choice Hotels mobile app and use their mobile device as a room key.
