Its Chef de Cuisine Tharathon Phu Chindaphu, is known for his perfect balance of textures, flavours and freshness that create the perfect pleasure for senses.

Highlights of the new menu include crispy snow fish and cauliflower with watercress, Spanish onions, jalapeños, and cherry tomatoes; black ink lobster linguini, cooked in garlic sauce with sun dried tomatoes, dried chili, and Boston lobster; tom yum flavoured seafood risotto with shellfish; oven baked Alaskan cod with local clams and white wine reduction among others.
