The 10-course Thai molecular tapas menu by Chef Prasertchai Trongvanichnam includes Black Angus (grass fed) short ribs masaman crusted & coconut gnocchi, tom yum espuma, tuna ceviche, butterfly pea granita and chili & chocolate sphere.

Available in sit down dinner style with the maximum of 10 persons per day; available every Thursday to Saturday until December 1, 2018.
