In March, executive pastry Chef Ringo Chan at Four Seasons Hong Kong is offering an interactive Afternoon Tea buffet experience that expresses his creativity through sweet delights.

On top of the traditional pastries served on the three-tier stand, Chef Chan creates a playful spread of desserts that stimulate the imagination.

‘Buildings Forest’ is his interpretation of the Hong Kong urban jungle, using cream and sugar as his brick and mortar paving the way to civilisation.

‘Let Me Free’

‘Let Me Free’ is an edible art piece where almond cookies with bird paintings are placed inside a bird cage. Guests are encouraged to take the biscuit out and complete the artwork with edible pastel tubes of “paint”.

The Art Basel Afternoon Tea is available every Sunday of March.
