European Beef and Lamb producers are underlining their sustainability credentials, quality and food safety at HOFEX 2019. Hosted by Bord Bia, the Irish Food Board, the EU co-funded information and promotional exhibition promises to be very informative.
The European Union is the cradle of genetic diversity, assuring the highest level of food safety and transparency, as well as supplying sustainable grass fed beef and lamb.
European cattle and sheep spend most of their life grazing natural grass – their natural environment where they can best express their natural behaviour.
