Singapore’s Carousel, Royal Plaza on Scotts Singapore, promises a whirlwind gastronomic adventure around the world.

The revamped interior is modern contemporary spiced by a playful mix of colours and textures. The buffet features up to 17 live stations. Dive straight into Carousel’s renowned seafood station, which displays an impressive 13 different varieties; it is one of the restaurant’s highlights.

The latest additions to Carousel’s buffet counters includes the Brazilian churrasco station offering flavourful smoky meat marinaded for 24 hours. Other stations include Mediterranean, Asian and Japanese. Every meal needs a sweet ending, so while keeping Carousel’s 45 year-old signature bread & butter pudding on the menu, the pastry chef is introducing Garden Desserts, where the recipes call for the use of garden ingredients (beetroot, coriander, rhubarb and more) not commonly incorporated into desserts.

Also on offer are Carousel’s premium ice-creams including local flavours – kaya toast, chendol and salted egg yolk. It is an immersive dining experience with the layout of the buffet counters designed to mimic a ride on the Carousel.
