Adrian Santos is the new food and beverage manager at the newly opened Edgbaston Park Hotel and Conference Centre in Birmingham.

Adrian brings over 15 years’ experience in the catering industry. A former food and beverage manager for the International Convention Centre (ICC), Adrian was responsible for overseeing the opening of the VOX Convention Centre. Prior to this, Adrian worked in different hospitality roles in Paris before arriving at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Birmingham.

Adrian says, “With all the redevelopment in the city and the Commonwealth Games coming soon, Birmingham is becoming a hub of cultures and exciting food offers and we are delighted to bring this to life in our 1900 Steak House Grill.”
