The Andaman, a Luxury Collection Resort on Langkawi has appointed Quinn Pu and Stefano Micocci as Epicurean Authorities.

Quinn Pu is the new director of F&B and will oversee and lead the department while driving revenue growth and guest satisfaction, and maintaining the hotel’s six dining venues and bars. With over 15 years experience, Quinn has worked in United States, Ireland and China and was also involved in the opening of The Ritz-Carlton in Jiuzhaigou, China in 2017 as in-charge of the pre-opening F&B team.

Also appointed is Stefano Micocci as the hotel’s executive chef. Stefano started his culinary journey in Italy before venturing to the Middle East and subsequently to Malaysia. Says Carlos Tarrero, general manager of The Andaman. “With these new Epicurean Authorities on board, I am confident that we will be able to push the boundaries even further in being the pioneer on the island.”
