Hong Kong’s hottest new dining destination, Bayfare Social announces the opening of its first two restaurants this coming November 2019: its namesake Spanish gastro-market, Bayfare Social, and Henry – the proprietor of Hong Kong’s most dynamic charcoal-grilled American meat specialist.

Headlined by two of Hong Kong’s most sought-after culinary talents, Bayfare Social and Henry are set to blaze the trail as the city’s first dynamic gastronomic social hub. The newest standalone gastronomic concepts created by the Rosewood Hong Kong team, Bayfare Social is an independent dining destination that connects the chic new cultural-retail complex, K11 Musea. The simple and spacious interiors by New York’s Parts and Labor Design evokes Europe’s bustling plazas with produce-focused counter dining, artisanal provisions, restaurants and outdoor harbour-view terraces from which to enjoy a spritz or a caña – a Spanish draft beer – at sundown.

Welcoming guests into his smokehouse, Henry pays homage to the time-honoured American steak tradition. A premium meat-focused restaurant in an elevated setting, where lunch and dinner are served a la carte, Henry invites his guests to enjoy the finest expression of the butchery tradition with quality dry-aged steaks, and cuts such as chops and rotisserie cooked meats over wood-burning charcoals.
