Hong Kong’s Royal Garden is back this festive season with its Black Truffle Butterfly Cookies at Fine Foods Shop.

The cookies are made with black truffle paste from Umbria, combined with New Zealand butter and premium flour. The dough is rolled at least six times, sprinkled with white sugar and then cut into butterfly shapes. These cookies have a distinctive aroma of the black truffle rounded with a pleasant caramel sweetness. This new flavour is a limited edition for the upcoming festive season; only 20 tins of cookie will be made each day.

Also available are the popular flavours: Traditional, Black Sesame, Uji Matcha and French Chocolate.
