Cobra Beer, founded by British Indian entrepreneur Lord Karan Bilimoria, had launched an initiative designed to support the UK restaurant industry.

Bringing together a panel of highly successful chefs, restaurateurs and restaurant industry entrepreneurs in the form of THE COBRA COLLECTIVE, members work individually and as a group in rolling out a programme of inspiring business masterclasses, interactive workshops and ‘how to’ videos, developed to support start-up hospitality entrepreneurs and existing restaurant owners.

The Cobra Collective has been working with Andrew Wong to create and release a range of exclusive and informative content (such as recipes and videos) and hosting a masterclass in 2020 themed: “How to Create Cultural Harmony in the Workplace”.

As a member of the newly-launched Cobra Collective, London’s Andrew Wong ( son of immigrant parents from Hong Kong) has created a number of recipes to share with the public, the first being a fiery scorched king fish with garlic, chilli, Sichuan pepper and pomelo recipe. With pomelo being a symbol of wealth and prosperity, this dish is perfect for Chinese New Year.
